“”My favorite part of the market is assisting Mandarin-speaking seniors in understanding and getting the most out of their benefits, and being able to expand food accessibility to this local demographic in need. This means I work primarily in the front-of-house, where I welcome and explain the function of the market to all goers.”

“My favorite aspect of the market is how it makes fresh produce more accessible and affordable to people in their community. I also enjoy learning how to speak more in other languages! At the market, I’m usually acting as a translator at the welcome desk and stamping market cards or collecting customer experience data to improve the market for everyone.”
